Role: Sales Office Administrator
Location: Bradford, BD7
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 pa + annual bonus
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm, Friday 8.30am-4.00pm

The Role: Our client, a well established company known for its dedication to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction based in Bradford, is looking for a Sales Office Administrator to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and serving as a point of contact for customer interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Office Administrator:
  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email to address any inquiries and resolve any order-related issues.
  • Process credit card payments for non-account customers.
  • Enter and manage customer orders using the company’s in-house software system.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
  • Handle sales orders received through telephone, fax, email, post, and the company website.
  • Liaise with courier companies to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • Please note this role does not involve any direct selling.
Experience and Skills required for the role:
  • Strong communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Computer literate
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new skills.
  • Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Ideally have gained previous administration or customer service experience but not essential as training will be given.
