Job Description - Sales Office Admnistrator

Exciting New roles just IN !! 
We are recruiting for a well recognised business in Tamworth to join the ' New Build' team. 
Reporting into the Sales Director, your role is to be responsible for ensuring the work-flow relating to all new build processing, administration & communications are completed to a high standard & within agreed timescales. 
Duties :-
* Build and maintain effective relationships with servicing branch personnel
* Liaise with Key Account Managers, estimating and technical departments relating to order processing
* Manage day to day administration tasks, to include processing of incoming calls, raising of quotations, managing and responding to all enquiries sent through the central ordering sales office 
* To assist customers with requests and enquiries to the agreed timescales 
* Review CSO processes and procedures to recommend improvements to increase efficiency in the department. 

To be a success we are looking for candidates who have previous administration experience, ideally sales order processing and excellent customer service skills.
