The Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations and Logistics Assistant. This will be a supportive individual, with an eye for detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment. In this role you will be working closely with the Sales Operations team in helping to facilitate orders, efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities include:

Data Entry
Product Order Management and Order Tracking
Conducting quality control, packing and shipping
Identifying HS Codes
Overseeing the returns process of product, managing the returns process from start to end
Creating invoices
Updating client accounts on backend system
Daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliation using the accounting system (Xero)
Gathering of financial records and monitoring of sales and purchases data
Ensuring correct documentation for VAT purposes including cross-border VAT issues
Liaising with suppliers to gather correct financial record
Reserving and purchasing from suppliers
Assist and handle the day-to-day operational matters within the Shipping team
Coordinate, assist, and manage the shipment of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while maintaining compliance with all regulations.
Arrange, schedule, and monitor shipments for domestic and international deliveries.
Overseeing payments links ensuring they are paid
Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch, shipping, and delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate records for audits.

The Ideal candidate:

Well organised individual with strong self-management skills
Ability and / or preference for working in a fast paced ‘start up’ environment
An enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn new skills and develop themselves
An interest in luxury fashion is preferred
Experience in customer service is preferred
Experience in Microsoft Excel
Experience in G Suite (Docs, Sheets & Slide) is preferred
Experience using Xero or other cloud-based accounting systems is preferred
