We're looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join a New Car Sales team. You'll play a key role in supporting the sales operation, ensuring every vehicle order, customer record and delivery is managed accurately and efficiently. While this isn't a sales role, you'll be instrumental in helping the team deliver an outstanding customer experience from order through to handover.
Whether you have automotive experience or bring strong administration and coordination skills from another fast-paced industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within a successful dealership.
📋Duties will include...
Coordinating the administrative processes that support the New Car Sales operation from vehicle order to customer handover. Processing vehicle orders, contracts and supporting documentation accurately and efficiently. Maintaining customer, vehicle and sales records in line with company and manufacturer standards. Updating CRM and internal systems to ensure all information is accurate and up to date. Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication throughout the sales journey. Supporting the coordination of vehicle deliveries and handovers. Assisting the team in achieving operational objectives and manufacturer compliance standards. Providing wider operational support during busy periods to ensure the department runs efficiently.You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organisational skills and takes pride in getting the details right.
☑️ We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience in an administration, coordination or sales operations role Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and multiple databases The ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, team-focused approach and a commitment to delivering excellent customer serviceExperience within the automotive industry would be an advantage, but it isn't essential. If you have transferable skills and a willingness to learn, we'd be pleased to hear from you.
