Sales Operations Executive

£35K - £40K per annum

Due to growth our client is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to join their team in Basingstoke. Working closely with the sales team and the wider business you will play a pivotal role in the sales cycle, and drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and success. You will:

• Collaborate with the sales team to create accurate and timely quotations
• Process orders and liaise with suppliers
• Generate and manage client invoices
• Administer service contracts
• Maintain all sales/client records and conduct report analysis
• Manage the maintenance of the CRM and ERP systems
• Oversee the credit control functions

The ideal candidate will:

• Be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be highly organised and professional with strong multitasking abilities
• Have exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
• Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Be a collaborative team player with a proactive, 'can-do’ approach
• Have effective problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Work well under pressure
• Have good working knowledge with CRM/ERP systems and Office 365
• Have a degree or equivalent experience

Have experience in producing quotes for Hardware and Software

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
