SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER - WEST LONDON

Are you a highly organised property professional with a passion for excellence? Join a prestigious, boutique estate agency in West London as a Sales Operations Manager, supporting multiple Directors and driving seamless sales operations.

Location: West London
Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
Contract: Full-time | Permanent

The Role: This dynamic role blends residential sales administration with operational support for three Sales Managers/Directors. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, boutique environment, playing a key part in ensuring seamless transactions, exceptional client service, and the timely completion of tasks. A strong focus on compliance and high-quality administrative support is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier administrative support to Sales Directors across three offices (based from one location).
• Manage sales documentation, contracts & compliance, including AML checks.
• Liaise with vendors, buyers & key stakeholders.
• Oversee property listings, valuation packs & marketing materials.
• Update the company website & property portals
• Coordinate diaries, book meetings & register applicants.
• Front-of-house duties: meet & greet clients, answer calls, and be the first point of contact.

Ideal Skills & Attributes:

• Experience in estate agency administration (senior-level preferred).

• Strong organisational & customer service skills.
• Exceptional written & verbal communication.
• Confidence in working with senior stakeholders.
