Job DescriptionSales Operations Manager to start ASAPLocation: UK. London office / HybridPosition Type: Part -Time. 5 days per week (5 hours per day) or Full time availableSalary: Part time £ 23,000 - £ 27,000 + bonus / Full time £ 35,000 - £ 45,000 + bonusIndustry : Food WholesaleResponsibilities:Develop new and nurture current relationships with wholesale customersIdentify and pursue new wholesale opportunitiesManage and grow existing wholesale accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retentionCoordinate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilmentMonitor inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to maintain stock availabilityProvide product knowledge and training to wholesale customersAnalyse market trends and competitors to develop strategies for business growthPrepare and present regular reports on wholesale performance to the management teamExplore, develop and nurture relationships with online sales platformsMaintain and increase the efficiency of the business. Develop and monitoring organizational processesReview and approve operational invoicesEnsure compliance with laws and regulationsCoordinate with customs clearing, warehousing and logistics companiesQualifications:Previous experience in wholesale management, preferably in the food and beverage industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to build and maintain customer relationshipsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
