Sales Order Administrator

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading smart technology company for a Fulfilment Coordinator to join their growing operations team in High Wycombe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Liaising with customers to confirm project requirements and delivery schedules
• Processing sales orders and updating delivery data in Sage
• Generating picking tickets and coordinating dispatch with the production team
• Scheduling equipment deliveries and tracking stock availability
• Handling invoice processing and Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMAs)
• Supporting internal teams with accurate documentation and fulfilment updates

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Experience with order processing, inventory, or basic finance
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency with Sage or similar systems is a plus
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude
