What the Sales Order Administrator will be doing:

* Taking customer orders over the phone and by email with accuracy and warmth.

* Processing orders end‑to‑end and making sure every detail is correct.

* Keeping customers updated and ensuring they receive a smooth, reliable service.

* Handling day‑to‑day admin tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

* Working closely with a small, supportive team who value honesty, humour, and getting the job done well.

What we’re looking for:

* 5+ years’ experience in an office environment, in order processing ,sales administration or purchasing.

* Ideally experience in a role that can also demonstrate owning and managing processes and problem solving.

* Confident speaking with customers and building positive relationships.

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately.

* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping on top of deadlines.

* Someone down‑to‑earth, reliable, and happy working in the office every day.
