Sales Order Processor

We are looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Sales Order Processor to join our clients busy team in Winsford, Cheshire.

Reporting to the Sales Supply & Distribution Manager, you will work closely with sales and operational teams, warehouse departments, customers and suppliers to ensure sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all sales orders on Sage

*

Liaise directly with customers and suppliers, responding to queries professionally and efficiently.

*

Check stock levels and support the smooth processing and fulfilment of customer orders.

*

Develop and apply an understanding of export procedures.

*

Identify and anticipate potential issues, taking ownership of problems through to resolution.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience working in a busy sales office or a similar administrative role.

*

Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

*

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

*

Confidence when speaking to customers over the telephone.

*

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

*

A flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
