Job Description - Sales Performance Coach

We're looking for a passionate Sales Performance Coach to join our Manchester team and help drive the success of our growing Direct Sales function. 

In this exciting role, you'll work alongside the Senior Sales Performance Coach to develop the skills, confidence, and capabilities of our Direct Sales team- through impactful coaching, tailored development plans, and performance-focused support. If you're motivated by helping others succeed and thrive in a high-energy, results-driven environment, this could be the role for you. 


What skills/experience do I need to be successful?


  • Experience as a sales trainer/coach - driving performance in a dynamic direct sales environment; 

  • Experience communicating with senior stakeholders, internally and externally, drafting documents & reports, and delivering presentations;

  • Design and delivery of learning & development offerings for Sales Professionals (face to face or online);

  • Knowledge of, and experience implementing sales methodologies and relevant capability frameworks;

  • Experience with working with and in Sales teams within the Energy Industry, or in similar fields (such as telecommunications or utilities etc).
