We are currently recruiting for a Sales Performance Insight Analyst to join our Sales Team at Volkswagen Financial Services UK LTD. Here at VWFS we are passionate bout providing exceptional customer service to our customers. This is an exciting time in the Retail Sales team as we implement a more dynamic, regional consultation team structure to add value to our network partners. As result, we are looking for someone that's able to provide the back office support, insight and reporting to enable our Sales Team to maximise performance for VWFS, retailer partners and customers in an always complaint manner. The Sales Performance Insight Analyst will support and assist the Sales team in driving retailer performance through utilising tools such as Salesforce and Tableau, attending project meetings (including but not limited to: new development scoping and reviewing) and co-ordinating the production of regular case forecasts.

The focus for our Sales Performance Insight Analyst will be to create, update and maintain the cycle of all Tableau based reporting within the Sales Department and manage and resolve incoming reporting queries, escalating to the Sales Performance Insight Manager when required.

About the role

• Track and monitor KPIS within Sales Department
• Ensure data integrity and consistency is always of the highest standard.
• Maintain all regular reports within Tableau - daily/weekly/monthly, broadcasting this data through appropriate channels.
• Create new insight reporting and respond flexibly to a changing network landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory changes and partner requirements.
• Analyse data to provide insight and data story generation depth; understanding the KPIs that drive Volkswagen Financial Services sales activity.
• Provide both data and user support to Salesforce and Tableau end users, becoming an SME for general queries and single point of contact for feedback and system improvement suggestions.
• Updating of Sales Performance Tracking presentations for department wide broadcasts
• Maintain databases and records held within Salesforce.

Skills and Experience

• Ability to prioritise one's own workload when working to multiple time sensitive targets.
• Experience using Tableau Prep and Desktop (or equivalent software), IT literate with the ability to grasp new systems and understand data structure.
• Knowledge of the Automotive and Financial Services Industry and products offered.
• Experience in a Sales and/or Retailer environment would be beneficial.
