We are seeking a Sales Planning Coordinator to join a well-established and respected business based in Southwest Chester. This role presents an exciting long-term development opportunity for an ambitious individual who is keen to build a strong understanding of the business, its processes, customers, and wider operations. As part of future succession planning, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues, develop a strong understanding of the company’s processes, customers, and operations, and build the skills required for future progression.

What You Will Be Doing

* Coordinate sales planning activities to support customer demand and production schedules

* Maintain accurate sales and planning information within company systems and databases

* Work closely with commercial, production, and supply chain teams to support order management and product availability

* Analyse sales data to assist with forecasting and planning decisions

* Communicate planning updates with internal departments and key stakeholders

* Generate sales invoices and export documentation

* Ensure accurate reporting and effective coordination across the business

What We Are Looking For

* Previous experience within sales planning, demand planning, supply chain, or production planning

* Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability

* Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple departments

* Commercial awareness within the food, agriculture, or poultry sector would be advantageous

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving
