Sales Progressor – Estate Agency
Location: Camberley, Surrey
Salary: £24,000 basic salary, OTE £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, office-based (no weekends)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organised Sales Progressor to join a respected and thriving estate agency in Camberley. This is a key support role responsible for ensuring property transactions move smoothly from offer to completion, while maintaining excellent communication with clients, solicitors, and all stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a pipeline of sales from offer to exchange and completion
• Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers
• Proactively chasing outstanding documents and following up on progress
• Keeping all parties informed throughout the sales process
• Identifying and resolving potential issues before they escalate
• Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to the wider team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in sales progression or estate agency
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A calm, professional manner under pressure
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• A genuine interest in property and customer care
