My client is looking for a Sales Progressor to join their Market- leading Estate Agent in Bristol. This is a non-corporate Estate Agent, with three very successful offices. My client and his team are committed to consistently delivering a high standard of performance, service and advice to all customers.

The Sales Progressor will be tenacious, accurate, driven and committed – be an excellent communicator and relationship builder who has an intricate knowledge of the sales progression process.

The successful candidate will have a passion to be part of the sales process from the moment the sale has agreed, through to exchange and completion. This is a paramount role which is built on relationships, trust and clear communication.

Job role will include: -

*Guiding the customer through every step of the after sales process.
*Liaising with mortgage brokers, surveyors and conveyancers.
*Updating all parties and managing the process in an efficient manner.
*Delivering a first-class customer experience

Do you have what it takes?

3 years industry experience – either in Estate Agency or conveyancingESSENTIAL.

*Excellent knowledge of the after sales & conveyancing process.
*Good communicator.
*Exceptional organisation.
*The ability to solve problems in a calm & productive manner.
