Estate Agent Sales Progressor – Mansfield – £23,000 + OTE up to £35,000

Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a growing Mansfield based estate agency, who are actively seeking an experienced candidate in Sales Progression. You will be joining an award-winning Estate Agents who are well respected and successful in their industry.

Sales Progressor Responsibilities:

• Build strong, professional relationships with sellers and buyers providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.
• Liaising with Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers
• Prioritise customer needs ensuring every home move exceeds expectations
• Providing a great service to ensure the smooth process of all sales
• Negotiating offers
• Chasing the sales chain
• Generating new business
• Conducting occasion viewings
• Strong planning and organisation

Required skills & experience:

• Experience within a similar role and industry
• Confident and outgoing
• Full UK clean driving license
• Great telephone manner
• Confidence is key!
