Job Description - Sales Progressor

Our client is a successful award-winning independent agent that is based in South London they are looking for a Sales Progressor to join their established office in Plumstead. This role is available due to a fantastic last 6 months for the business and continuous expansion and growth.

Working hours for the successful Sales Progressor:

  • 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

The successful Sales Progressor will be offered:

  • A competitive basic salary.
  • Realistic OTE of £32,000 in the form of pool commission (the office is on track to exceed this)

In order to be considered for the Sales Progressor role:

  • Sound knowledge and experience being a Conveyancing Assistant / Sales Progressor.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • A personable and resilient personality.
  • Live within a commutable distance to the office.

Sales Progressor key tasks include, but will not be limited to:

  • Oversee property transactions from offer acceptance through to final completion
  • Support and advise clients throughout the sales journey
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and timely updates
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication via phone and email
  • Manage timelines effectively by working towards set goals and deadlines
  • Resolve issues proactively to ensure sales continue moving forward
  • Reassess and renegotiate sales terms when necessary
  • Follow up diligently on outstanding documents, queries, and contracts
