Must have’s

* Proven experience in administration

So, what will you be doing?

* Progressing property sales through to exchange of contracts

* Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage companies

* Engaging with new and existing clients to support services

* Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions

* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activity

* Assisting with sales campaigns, events, and promotional activity

* Providing high levels of customer service and handling enquiries professionally

* Supporting administrative tasks including reporting and scheduling

* Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage a range of clients

* Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships

* A detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering excellent service
