Must have’s

* Previous sales progression experience within an estate agency

* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

* Ability to manage multiple property transactions simultaneously

* Proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills

* Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems

* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Nice to have’s

* Experience using estate agency CRM systems

* Knowledge of the residential property sales process

* Experience liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors

So, what will you be doing?

* Managing residential property sales from offer agreed through to legal completion

* Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors and other estate agents

* Proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep transactions progressing

* Providing regular updates to clients throughout the sales process

* Working closely with negotiators and valuers to ensure a smooth customer journey

* Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system

* Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service

* Ensuring all compliance and sales documentation is completed accurately and on time
