Sales Progressor

as part of their exclusive partnership with a top-tier Manchester based property investment company. This role is perfect for you to be organised, ambitious, and passionate about making deals happen, especially in investment sales off-plan.

This company aims to be the go-to property investment consultancy, helping investors in the UK and abroad discover exclusive opportunities in the hottest buy-to-let towns and cities.

The package:

Up to £30,000 basic salary and up to £38,000 commission + OTE
28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) + no work over the Christmas period.
Office hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
One-month reciprocal notice period.
Company pension scheme.
Paid for company events (Summer BBQ, Christmas Party).

The Sales Progressor Role:

Facilitate residential sales through to completion.
Maintain regular communication with solicitors, estate agents, and their customers, providing frequent progress updates.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on the progress of various sales.
Work as part of a fast-paced and proactive team.
The Person:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Commitment to delivering high standards of service.
Exceptional organization and administrative skills.
Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high standards.
Background in conveyancing or property.
Knowledge of the home moving process.
Experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
