The Package

Up to £23,500 basic salary per annum + up to £28,000 OTE
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Hybrid working available - ideally at least 2 days in the office and 3 from home.

The Sales Progressor Role

The realistic caseload of max 75 at a time.
Facilitate residential sales through to completion.
Maintain regular communication with solicitors, estate agents, and customers, providing frequent progress updates.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on the progress of various sales.
Work as part of a fast-paced and proactive team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including estate agents and IFAs.

The Person

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Commitment to delivering high standards of service.
Exceptional organisation and administrative skills.
Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high standards.
Background in conveyancing or property.
Knowledge of the home moving process.
Experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
