Sales Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in the industrial/manufacturing industry. This role is based in Burgess Hill and involves promoting, selling, and securing orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

Description

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

A successful Sales Representative should have:

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• A demonstrable ability to negotiate and understand marketing.
• Experience in a sales role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to understand and deliver on customer needs.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
