Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000-£25,000 DOE + Uncapped OTE!
Schedule: Monday to Friday

BCG Direct is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team at our Hebden Bridge office.

This is a B2B outbound sales role focused on cold calling prospective clients and reactivating lapsed accounts. If you’re motivated by targets and enjoy speaking to new people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective business clients
• Reactivate dormant or lapsed customer accounts
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Keep accurate records in the CRM system
• Follow up on leads and manage prospects through the sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

About You:

• Previous experience in outbound phone-based sales, cold calling or telesales
• Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection positively
• Driven, self-motivated and goal-focused
• Able to work independently and within a supportive sales team

Important Note: Due to the nature of the role and the location of our office, we are specifically seeking candidates based in Calderdale or Todmorden. Commuting from outside these areas has proven difficult in the long term.
