Civils Sales Negotiator

• Location: Hemel Hempstead
• Salary: £40,000 + (Salary negotiable, and is subject to experience)
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Civils Sales Negotiator at our client’s Hemel Hempstead branch. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the construction industry, particularly in civil engineering materials sales, and who is driven to deliver exceptional customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Identify new Civils sales opportunities and actively pursue them.
• Sell building materials profitably to the trade, ensuring the highest standard of service to customers.
• Build and improve trading relationships with both customers and suppliers.
• Provide support for new accounts and respond to website enquiries.
• Maintain an excellent telephone manner and uphold the company's reputation for responsive service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of the Construction Industry, specifically in civil engineering materials.
• Proven sales track record with the ability to converse and negotiate at all levels.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong team player ethos.
• Excellent customer service skills and a confident communicator.
