SALES REPRESENTATIVE

AliveDx is recruiting for a field-based Sales Representative to join the Commercial Sales team based across the UK.  The role is a full-time permanent position working flexible working hours.

YOUR MISSION 
Your main responsibilities will include:–    Prospect for new business opportunities on the assigned territory whilst utilising product knowledge to gain a competitive advantage
–    Identify all key potential customers in your territory and accurately size their Autoimmunity & allergy activity in terms of : Tests performed, Volumes, systems/technology used,  pricing, contractual timeframe
–    Develop a strong understanding and utilisation of the strategic account management tools and sales process
–    Achieve revenue and profitability targets as defined by the sales and marketing strategy
–    Provide core product knowledge and support both pre and post tender
–    Prepares pricing for quotes by utilising the cost models, illustrations, bids, contract extensions, contract modifications and tenders on territory, following EMEA pricing policies / guidelines, marketing strategy and product knowledge

YOUR COMPETENCIES–    Relevant education to degree standard or equivalent in biology, chemistry, lab medicine sciences or other related disciplines
–    Proven sales success in the IVD, medical devices and / or diagnostic industry
–    Strategic account management experience with strong influencing skills across within hierarchical structures 
–    Demonstrated success in competitive sales environments and tender processes
–    Proficient in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
–    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
–    Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
–    Ability to travel regularly across the UK with some European travel required.
