Job Description - Sales Representative

Are you a self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets? Do you enjoy the challenge of building strong relationships and operating in a fast-paced environment? This opportunity with a leading pet product company offers an exciting chance to manage your own territory and make a real impact.

In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to build relationships with independent retailers and drive sales growth. Responsibilities:
Manage an established portfolio of independent pet stores and garden centers.
Build long-term, profitable relationships with key decision-makers.
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve ambitious targets.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and secure new accounts with a focus on the independent retail channel.
Analyse sales data and generate insightful reports for effective forecasting.

About You:
Skilled Sales Representative with 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the FMCG sector. Experience in pet or garden industries is a plus.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through exceptional relationship building.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers at all levels.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
IT literate.
