We are on the lookout for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Sales Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in introducing a cutting-edge hyper-speed fibre network to Northern Ireland, contributing to an infrastructure we can all be proud of. Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting out, we provide comprehensive training and coaching both in the field and off-site. In addition you will be provided with a company car and fuel card Key Responsibilities: This role entails visiting customers' homes to promote and sell our broadband product throughout Northern Ireland. You'll be responsible for addressing inquiries about the features and benefits of our products, with comprehensive training provided to ensure proficiency. Driving sales to meet targets while maintaining professionalism and fostering positive relationships with potential customers will be key. Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal delivery teams and partners, conveying any resident concerns and sharing pertinent local insights. As Fibrus expands its network across Northern Ireland, you'll serve as a representative, showcasing our brand's growth and development. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: £26,000 per annum plus uncapped commission On-Target Earnings: £45,000 per annum Car will be provided plus fuel card. Working Hours: 11 am to 8 pm 20 days of Annual Leave plus paid Bank Holidays Exceptional In-House Training and Coaching Career Planning: We engage in meaningful conversations to help you map out your career goals and the steps to achieve them. Your profile Must have: Candidate must hold a minimum 2-year clean driving license We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in door-to-door sales within the telecoms or utilities sector, although all relevant sales backgrounds will be considered. In this field sales role, you should feel comfortable engaging with potential customers, showcasing adaptability in your approach to ensure a high conversion rate. Handling objections with confidence and demonstrating tenacity are essential skills.
