Job Description - Sales Role - Sales Development Representative / SDR

Company

TraqCheck is building the screening and sourcing layer for modern hiring. Our AI agents Trace and Nina take on the manual work that traditional providers have charged a premium for over two decades. We are cheaper, faster and more accurate, and buyers are paying attention.

We are hiring Sales Consultants - Sales Development Rrepresentatives - SDRs to meet that demand. You will beselling into HR, TA and Compliance teams and recruitment leaders.

This is not a meeting-booking role. You will run end-to-end on SME deals, qualify inbound interest into real pipeline and build outbound sequences that convert. You will carry a number and own the outcome, with the support of a team that wants you to succeed.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identifying potential customers (leads) who fit the company's target market.
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiating contact through high-volume cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Qualifying Leads: Conducting "discovery calls" to determine if a prospect has a genuine need and budget for the product.
  • Booking Meetings: Transitioning qualified leads to Account Executives to continue the sales process.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of all activities in tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
