An established and highly regarded estate agency in St Albans is looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the heart of the sales process—managing buyers and sellers, conducting viewings, and negotiating deals through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors


• Manage enquiries and match applicants to suitable properties


• Arrange and conduct property viewings


• Deliver engaging, informative property tours


• Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties


• Progress sales through to completion


• Provide expert advice on local market conditions and pricing


• Work towards personal and branch sales targets


• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, estate agency, or customer-facing roles


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Confident, personable, and target-driven


• Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver excellent service


• Highly organised with good attention to detail


• A proactive, self-motivated approach


• Knowledge of the St Albans property market (or willingness to learn)


• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Salary & Benefits

• £20,000–£30,000 basic salary (DOE)


• Realistic OTE of £50,000+

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm


• Saturdays on a rota (with time off in lieu)
