We’re thrilled to be working with a long term, close knit tech company based in North Cambridge as they grow their commercial team. They’re on the lookout for a driven Sales Specialist to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The role can be undertaken on a hybrid basis but will be in the office initially, in order for the successful candidate to learn the product and customer base.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with potential clients via phone, email and meetings

• Managing and developing a pipeline of qualified leads

• Demonstrating products and solutions to prospects

• Negotiating contracts, preparing proposals and closing deals

• Attending events and exhibitions

• Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on sales activity

The successful candidate will have:

• Has proven experience in a B2B sales role

• Is confident communicating with decision-makers across all levels

• Enjoys working towards targets and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Is highly organised and detail-focused

• Brings a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow with the business
