Sales Specialist

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to support the growth of a well-established ground care equipment division in Swanland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for outdoor machinery — whether you're already in sales or come from a hands-on background in groundskeeping, landscaping, or estate management.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for a wide range of garden and turf care equipment. You’ll combine technical knowledge with a personable approach to deliver outstanding service, from showroom consultations to on-site handovers.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent premium brands such as Stihl, Honda, Husqvarna, and more
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across domestic and commercial sectors
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver training during equipment handovers
• Manage the full sales process, including CRM updates, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Support trade shows, customer events, and internal teams as needed
• Maintain showroom standards, assist with stock checks, and ensure product displays are well presented
• Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in equipment sales, groundskeeping, landscaping, or a similar field (sales experience is a plus, but not essential)
• A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in garden machinery
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Confidence using digital tools, CRM systems, and online resources
• Familiarity with ground care equipment and competitor products
• A team player who’s reliable, honest, and able to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work Saturdays on a rota and occasional extended hours
