Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £33,000–£36,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent
Full-Time Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm, plus alternate Saturdays, 8:00am–12:00pm

We are recruiting on behalf of a third-party client for a motivated and customer-focused Yard Sales Supervisor to join their team. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor who enjoys leading a team, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient running of a busy yard operation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and support a team of Yard Assistants.
Oversee the day-to-day running of the yard, ensuring operations are safe and efficient.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Process customer orders and load and unload vehicles.
Receive supplier deliveries and ensure stock is accurately booked into the warehouse.
Maintain high standards of health and safety, housekeeping and organisation.
Support the team in achieving branch sales and service targets.About You
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
A friendly, approachable and proactive attitude.
The ability to motivate a team and encourage a collaborative working environment.
Comfortable working outdoors in a physically active role, including lifting heavy building materials.
Adaptable and confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Forklift experience would be advantageous, although training can be provided.How to Apply
