As a Sales Support / Sales Support Team Leader, you will:

• Manage and support the sales process, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Act as a key liaison between brokers, funders, and customers.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and CRM systems.
• Support the sales team with documentation and compliance checks.
• Take initiative in problem-solving and multitasking.
• Assist in training and mentoring one direct report, if applicable.
