Job Description - Sales Support

Sales Executive
£25,000-£28,000 per annum DOE +Commission
Outskirts Bury St Edmunds
9am-6pm Mon-Sat / 10am-4pm Sun (flexible, alternating weekends)

Our client based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds is searching for two Positive and self-motivated sales support agents to join their successful and fast-growing company. The successful candidates will be personable, be full of personality and ideally have some experience in customer service or telesales.

Main duties and responsibilities

Receive outbound calls from potential customers, handling any questions or queries they may have regarding the product.
Speak with potential customers over the phone listening to and acknowledging their needs and requirements
Process orders & payments over the phone.
Look for opportunities to upsell more products during calls, where possible.
Assist Sales colleagues with any ad-hoc additional needs

Key Skills

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Confidence and ability to listen/be compassionate
Personable and positive
Self-motivated and willing to be pro-active
Must have own transport due to the location of the office
