Sales Executive Support Coordinator - Full-Time

Location: Fife

Salary: £29,500 per year + commission

Schedule: Monday to Friday

A fast-paced and collaborative sales team is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales support or administration who thrives in a dynamic environment.
You'll provide critical support to the sales team and senior leadership-managing processes, producing accurate reporting, and helping drive performance. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and great at juggling priorities, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare quotations and manage service pricing
* Update client price lists and coordinate internal meetings
* Act as a PA to senior leadership (calendar management, task tracking)
* Deliver timely KPI and sales reports
* Liaise with purchasing to coordinate pricing and quotes
* Own and maintain key reporting systems

What You'll Need:
* 2+ years' experience in sales support or coordination
* Strong admin support experience, particularly for senior management
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
