We're working with a thriving business that's expanding its sales team, and they’re on the lookout for a confident and organised Sales Support Executive to help keep things running like clockwork.

This isn’t your average desk job - you’ll be the glue between customers, sales, and internal teams, making sure everything flows smoothly and customers get the best experience possible.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keeping the sales wheels turning by supporting the team with admin and operations

• Following up on quotes and handling customer queries with flair

• Updating CRM systems, tracking sales progress, and keeping records in tip-top shape

• Being a go-to point of contact for customers, offering after-sales support and friendly advice

• Spotting opportunities for new business and working closely with the team to make them happen

• Making sure everything’s in line with company policies and industry standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales support or sales experience - ideally in HVAC or manufacturing

• Friendly, professional communicator who’s confident on the phone and in person

• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail

• Tech-savvy - comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude

• Able to juggle tasks and solve problems on the fly
