Pearson Whiffin Recruitment is collaborating with a well-established, family-owned business that has a domestic and international presence to recruit a Sales Support on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key duties include:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service.
• Proactively manage the addition and updating of customer and business partner information in SAP.
• Input all sales orders and quotations for both the UK and international markets.
• Organise the collection and return of goods for business partners, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Generate receivable accounts, invoices, and credits for ensuring timely financial transactions.
• Provide support to Field Sales Team members by assisting them with a range of administrative tasks.
• Provide internal teams with timely updates on customers, orders, and quotations.
• Manage OEMs on a daily and weekly basis, including the preparation of weekly schedules.
• Collaborate with couriers and manufacturers to arrange international freight collections and deliveries.
• Following up on customer delivery updates.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Team daily to align on customer orders and scheduled deliveries.
• Complete administrative duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a sales support function
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service in client-focused environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work quickly under pressure
• Confident with Microsoft Office especially Excel - (SAP experience is a big plus)
• Problem solving skills
• A team player with a positive, professional approach
