We’re working with an innovative and fast-growing business that’s redefining how manufacturers access digitally printed packaging solutions. As they continue to grow across Europe, they’re looking to hire a Sales Support professional to join their UK team in Leamington Spa.

What’s on offer:

• Salary between £26,000 – £29,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the onboarding of smaller customers and guiding them through an online ordering platform
• Sharing technical documents and product specifications during the onboarding process
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers regarding order status, deliveries, and general queries
• Following up on sales leads and assisting with new customer acquisition
• Supporting internal investigations related to product or order quality
• Working closely with account managers and the operations team

What we’re looking for:

• A proactive, customer-focused communicator with experience in a sales support or customer service role
• Tech-savvy and confident using digital platforms, with the ability to explain technical topics in a simple way
• Experience working with inbound leads and outbound activity (e.g. cold calling)
• A team player who can juggle multiple tasks and thrives in a fast-moving environment
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sales support is a plus
