Key responsibilities of Sales Support Administrator:
Handle incoming customer orders via phone and email in a professional and efficient manner.
Support with the daily processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Generate invoices and process credit notes using internal Accounts software.
Prepare and send monthly customer statements.
Maintain organised and up-to-date filing systems.
Ensure customer and product information is accurately reflected across internal systems software.
Provide general administrative and accounts support as needed across the team.
Experience as Sales Support Administrator required:
Previous experience in customer service or an administration role required
Polite and professional telephone manner with strong communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and any familiarity with accounting software would be advantageous
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Flexible, team-oriented and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
The schedule consists of Monday to Friday work from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the requirement of Saturday morning shifts once a month. On the week where Saturday work is required, the extra hours can either be paid or taken as time off in lieu during the week.
