Job Description - Sales Support Administrator

Our client

We’re partnering with an award-winning property company that’s riding a wave of success after securing major contracts—this is officially their biggest year yet. The team has cultivated a brilliant working culture with excellent staff retention, real progression opportunities, and genuinely flexible working. They offer a hugely supportive environment with regular review meetings.

Hours: Monday - Friday- 8:30am - 5:30pm

Location: Guildford, Slyfield Estate

Salary: Up to £29,000 + £2,400 annual bonus + excellent benefits

Perks: On-site parking, training from Day One, and a development pathway into surveying

Job description

  • Act as the first point of contact for all client communication, ensuring a top-notch service experience
  • Manage a busy phone line and meet daily SLA expectations.
  • Update client records, upload documentation, and respond to queries with speed and precision
  • Support national account relationships and update them on orders and project logistics
  • Oversee shipping and logistics processes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Spot opportunities to upsell additional insurance services
  • Maintain audit-compliant documentation in accordance with GDPR
