Sales Support Administrator

I am working with a leading supplier with more than 30 years in the industry. They are searching for a proactive, hands on Sales Support Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Within this role you will support the sales team and business with all administration / client support duties

• Process all sales orders
• Speak with clients to support with any questions or queries (become a product expert)
• Support with their new E-commerce website
• Researching competitor products and ways to improve product range
• Send out order confirmation
• Speak with customers over the phone and by email

Within this role they are looking for someone who wants to get stuck in, with a proative sales support mindset
