Job Description - Sales Support Administrator

Amour Recruitment is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to work for a great company based in Wokingham.

This role is pivotal in supporting End User Account Managers.

Duties include:

  • Picking up new enquiries - working closely the Account Manager.
  • Raising and sending quotes.
  • Processing new orders.
  • Raising manual invoices / credits.
  • Raising collections.
  • Ensuring requested delivery and collection dates are met.
  • Tracking orders for delivery and keeping customers informed.

Personal requirements:

  • Experience in sales account management role is highly desirable
  • Self-motivated and goal orientated
  • Experience within a fast paced, dynamic company delivering to SMB/SME/enterprise customers.
  • IT Literate - MS Office

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900 -1730
