What will you do as a Sales Support Administrator

• Raising D2C customers orders
• Support the team with any additional administrative tasks
• Raise POs with UK suppliers for packaging and materials
• Assisting with raising packing lists for warehouse
• Process retailer orders for clients including Harrods and John Lewis
• Organising delivery using couriers

What will you need to be aSales Support Administrator

• Experience of sales order processing
• Background in administration
• Have an SME mindset and happy to go outside of parameters of role when required
• Dealt with web orders / ecommerce understanding
