Sales Support Administrator

Role: Sales Support Administrator

Location: Weybridge

Terms: Full time, permanent, office based

Working within the Downstream Service Delivery Team the Administrator will be responsible for all support activities for the Retail Dealer Business Managers. This is a wide-ranging role that covers various aspects associated with providing operational and administrative support across all aspects of the business. Role requires someone with a strong proficiency in Excel.

Main Responsibilities:

• CRM management
• Monitor and report on sales activities using excel
• Together with the Retail Dealer Business Managers, build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
• General customer communications
• Prepare customer offer letters
• Provide support for merchant services
• Compile contracts
• Customer account setup and maintenance
• Liaise with suppliers
• Regular and ad hoc administration and reporting as required
• Support marketing and branding activities

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience within a Retail support role, preferably within Oil & Gas.
• Excel skills including pivot tables and v-look up
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Data Driven and detail oriented
• Organised and able to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication, both written and verbal.
