Job Description - Sales Support Analyst

Job Title: Sales Support Analyst

Location: Solihull

Salary: £24,488

Role:

  • Validation Calls - Contact customers to verify their information and handle change of occupier requests quickly
  • Data Entry and Pricing - Enter information into the system and calculate prices for third parties
  • Contract Management - Check the quality of agreed quotes, then sign and send out contracts
  • Query Handling - Investigate and respond to questions from customers and Third Party Intermediaries
  • Workload Reporting - Regularly update the Team Manager on work progress and priorities to ensure everything is managed well and meets performance standards.
  • Procedural Knowledge & Policy Awareness - Stay informed about industry and company policies that affect local procedures, point out any issues, and suggest improvements to ensure tasks are done correctly
  • Team support & team development - Help team members by providing advice and support to improve their knowledge and skills
  • Error Resolution & Data Accuracy - Fix data errors and exceptions, giving feedback to front-line teams to help improve and maintain data quality
  • Complex Administrative Support - Provide a wide range of complex administrative support to both internal and external customers within a specific business area

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and analytical skills
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Thrive in a busy fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
