Weybridge | 12 month FTC | £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
A global organisation specialising in cloud and digital services is seeking a proactive Sales Support & Operations Coordinator to join their team.
The role
You'll support end-to-end sales operations, including managing contracts, sales documentation, invoicing, and ERP processes. You'll also play a key role in financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate sales operations (quotes, contracts, invoicing, orders) Maintain CRM data and process sales leads Support monthly reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis Assist with budgeting, performance tracking, and variance analysis Liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and resolve issuesAbout you
Experience in sales operations, finance, or project-based environments Strong Excel and analytical skills Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactiveWhat's on offer
