The Role

As a Sales Support Assistant, you’ll be central to the smooth running of our sales operations, supporting both our internal team and valued clients. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to launch their career in sales support, account management, or the software sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide admin support across the full sales process, reporting to the Managing Director
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and presentations
• Keep CRM (HubSpot) records up-to-date and accurate
• Coordinate client calls, demos, and internal meetings
• Engage with prospects and customers professionally and promptly
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities and boost satisfaction
• Produce sales reports to assist business decision-making
• Offer ad-hoc admin support across the business

• Recent graduate or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot (training provided)
• Interest in the construction, architecture, or IT sectors is a bonus
