Sales Support Coordinator

Are you an organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? We’re looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our busy B2B sales operations team. In this essential role, you'll help ensure a smooth, accurate, and efficient order journey from placement through to delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Accurately process incoming B2B sales orders via phone, email, and online platforms
• Communicate order confirmations, delivery timelines, and updates clearly to customers
• Liaise with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Manage returns and follow up on related queries in line with company procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, stock levels, and product availability
• Support Account Managers with admin tasks, follow-ups, and client communications
• Keep internal systems and records current and accurate
• Work closely with your 5 teammates to deliver excellent customer service and support

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in a sales support, order processing, or customer service role (ideally B2B)
• Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
• Competency with Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems
• Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical work style
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to coordinate across departments
