Hourly rate: Competitive (Depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Thursday - 08:30am - 17:30pm, finish at 12:30pm on a Friday

Contract Type: Full time, temporary to permanent

Sector: Sales & Office Support

Our client based in Newmarket, Suffolk is looking for a full time, temporary on-going Sales Support Co-ordinator to join their team.

As Sales Support Coordinator, your duties will include:

* Providing day-to-day administrative and sales support to the team

* Processing customer orders and enquiries

* Preparing quotations, paperwork and sales documentation

* Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments

* Supporting the sales team to ensure orders are processed efficiently

* Helping on the shop floor during quieter periods

An ideal candidate for the Sales Support Coordinator will be:

* Organised and confident with administration

* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills

* Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office

* Reliable, flexible and willing to get stuck in

* Happy working across both office and shop-floor environments

* Able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure

* A team player with a positive attitude

* A confident driver with a full UK driving licence.
