Sales Support Coordinator

Client Details

Based from their Slough Head Office, you'll support a busy commercial team by analysing market trends, assisting with category projects, supporting product launches and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Buying and supplier partners.

This role would suit a graduate with commercial experience or an ambitious professional looking to move into a broader commercial support position.

Description

Support the Category team with market analysis, reporting and commercial projects.
Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Assist with the planning and delivery of category and promotional campaigns.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Buying and supplier partners on key initiatives.
Maintain product information and category documentation.
Support the development of product ranges and category plans.
Produce reports and presentations to support decision-making.
Coordinate activity across multiple departments to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Provide general commercial and administrative support to the wider team.Profile

A successful Sales Support professional should have:

Previous experience in an office-based role such as Sales Support, Customer Service, Administration, Marketing, Buying or Commercial Support.
Confident using Excel and analysing data.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
Degree educated or equivalent commercial experience would be advantageous.
An interest in retail, consumer trends, food or commercial business environments.Job Offer

Salary up to £30,000 per annum.
